skill master studio OF Hu Chaohui was established

    According to document No. 27 issued by Binjiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau,the "Welder skill master studio of Hu Chaohui " from quartz products division of Hangzhou Dahe thermal-magnetic Co., Ltd. was officially approved and established.

    Since 2002, Hu Chaohui has been engaged in the research and development of quartz products, technological innovation, process improvement and other work, and has accumulated rich practical experience.

    In 2013, Hu Chaohui and his team successfully developed our own quartz sandwich board technology after half a year of experimental research and development, breaking the myth that only TOSOH can process in the world.

    In 2017, Hu Chaohui led the team to study drawings, product structure and processing methods day and night. After several months of efforts, he finally passed the certification of Ke S-level external management, and was highly praised by customers, winning 30 million orders for the company.

    Future plans of the studio

    To fully enter the high-end products: with the continuous development of the semiconductor industry, customers' requirements for quartz products are higher and higher, and the processing difficulty is more and more difficult. Can we process the products required by customers with quality and quantity guaranteed, and who can take the lead in the processing industry of quartz. Our quartz team has overcome one difficulty after another. It is one of the few enterprises with high-end products in the world. We have the ability to manufacture more difficult products and move forward to the ideal of the world's first team in quartz fire processing. 

    Process improvement and cost reduction: compared with ordinary metal welding, quartz product welding has certain particularity. Process improvement can not only improve product quality, but also improve product processing efficiency and reduce production cost. This requires team members to discuss and study the problems in daily production, and constantly improve processing technology. 

    Pay more attention to the training of personnel skills: the working environment of quartz fire processing is relatively hard, processing a product often requires continuous high-temperature operation, which is generally difficult to adhere to, and the training cycle is long. Therefore, while optimizing the process and improving the working environment, we also need to actively cultivate and educate new employees so that they like the industry and grow up as soon as possible. 

    Quartz automatic welding research: with the continuous development of modern science and technology, we are also thinking about whether we can teach the experience of quartz welding to robots and automate some welding work. In the past two years, we have begun to try, lead the team and the technical department to work together. After continuous test and improvement, we can automatically process simple products and components through machines. This shows us the possibility of the development of quartz fire processing automation. In the future, we will continue to do this work.
