    Under the circumstances of the global COVID-19 disease epidemic prevention and control situation and challenges and business opportunities, the group requires all cadres and staff to fully realize the difficulties faced by our current business objectives and tasks. We must maintain a clear mind and firm belief. According to the unpredictable market changes, how to accurately analyze the industry dynamics, strengthen daily operation management and penetrate the market development requires us to devote unlimited efforts and wisdom to achieve the set goals and results. To this end, all employees, especially leading cadres at all levels, are required to adhere to the "three to" work philosophy of taking planning as the guidance, taking process as the solid stone and results as the hero, and strive to achieve the group's strategic objectives and tasks in an all-round way.           

    The working concept of "three to" is noted as follows:

    2、 Taking process as solid stone

    Process is the procedure, step and stage of the development of things. It is a group of interrelated or interactive activities that use input to achieve the expected results.

    The process is inseparable from correct planning and is a strong implementation follow-up control system. It must have a complete system guarantee and make the system process, clear, operational and standardized, which is a comprehensive embodiment of the centripetal force, execution and business ability of team members; It is also the solid stone foundation for the team to make concerted efforts, unity and cooperation, forge ahead, stick to hard work and achieve success.

    (1) Process is the identification standard for the implementation results of project tasks and quality objectives (only a good process can ensure the ideal results);

    (2) The process is the concentrated embodiment of the implementation of target strategy, deployment and implementation and action plan;

    (3) Process is to create a stage environment conducive to employees' self-development and talents.
